The Dinner will take place Saturday evening in the ballroom. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Dinner served at 6 pm.
There will be a maximum of 112 players and there will be two start times, the first around 8:20 am and the second at 10:30 am. Players who sign up after the first 112 will be put on a waitlist.
The tournament will consist of teams of two and groups with each team playing all the other teams within their group (a maximum of seven games). Group sizes will be dependent upon the number of players in each division. The tournament committee will make team and division assignments that they feel are in the best interest of the tournament. A medal round will be held for each division following the completion of the round-robin play.
If you're not playing in the tournament, you can still sign up to attend the dinner. The number of dinner attendees will be limited by ballroom capacity.
The DEADLINE to sign up and receive a t-shirt is Thursday, July 1.
If you miss this deadline you may still sign up to play and/or attend the dinner, you just will not have a t-shirt.
The final deadline to sign up to enter the tournament and/or attend the dinner is Sunday, August 1.
